Location Notes

Where does the band go to unload their gear? Please share any special directions or instructions from your venue.
They normally eat one hour before performance time. Please refer to the band’s contract for details on the meal itself.
Please confirm there will be one case (24) of cold, capped bottled waters on stage, to draw from throughout the night as needed.*
Open containers such as pitchers of water are not acceptable because of the risk of shock or damaged gear.

Reception Notes

Please note if the timing is longer than 4 hours, there will be overtime.
Is the location under a tent, in a ballroom (list the name of it), at a concert venue, etc?
If not, please describe the two areas. There may be extra gear needed if there are two separate stages.
Please confirm there will be three 20 amp DEDICATED circuits of electrical power run to the Reception stage area before musicians arrive.*
Circuits cannot be shared with lights, heaters, air conditioners, water pumps, catering equipment or any other power draw that may affect the functioning of the band’s equipment. Circuits cannot have GFCI receptacles, which tend to pop and cut power while the band is playing. Please check these details with the venue electrician in advance.
Please confirm the stage area is a minimum of 12×16 feet (or larger for a bigger band), and that it is dry and covered.*
Please refer to the band’s contract for more technical details.

After Party Notes

Are band members or a DJ performing for your After Party?*
There will be extra gear required for a different stage location.
